Since the introduction of my first Bliss Blanket, people have been asking me if I made jackets for kids. I honestly hadn't thought about it until very recently when someone gifted me a bag of vintage family heirloom quilts. Among these treasures was the tiniest, most precious little blanket embroidered with a puppy holding a balloon. The quilt had some damage, but I knew it had to be preserved somehow. The same week, an intutitive friend told me she got a download that I'm supposed to do something with kids. Well, never one to ignore a synchronicity, I decided to do a test jacket. The outcome was the most adorable piece of awesomeness I had ever created. Then, after seeing it on an actual baby, I was truly smitten - and driven to make Baby Bliss my new obsession.
